Depending on the age of your child, you can expect different types of visits. If your child is 3 or under or extremely apprehensive about going to the dentist, you can expect something like a "well baby check" on your first visit. This will most likely consist of a visual evaluation of your child's oral health, parental education about good and bad dental habits, and some bonding time between Dr. Steve and your child to build trust. If your child is a bit older and will cooperate, he/she may receive a cleaning, fluoride treatment and x-rays as recommended by Dr. Steve at the appropriate age and time of need.
